Step into the journey the bag was built for.

A live, immersive video moment that places every guest inside a destination of their choosing. They walk into the world. We capture it, deliver it to their phone, and hand Alpaka the data.

The Idea

A camera that becomes a mirror, a guest who becomes a traveler.

The guest steps into the activation and chooses where they want to go. We light the moment, capture it, and place them inside the destination they picked. Minutes later, a branded film lands on their phone. A first-party contact lands with Alpaka.

The whole thing is handled by our director and brand ambassador on the floor, greeting each guest, helping them choose a destination, setting the framing, and keeping the energy moving. A second screen outside the activation plays the destinations on loop, so guests in line preview the worlds and pick before they reach the front.

Our footprint stays small, our setup stays quiet, and the activation folds cleanly into the rest of the pop-up so the retail floor reads as Alpaka first.

Space & Provisions

What the venue brings.

A clean 10 to 12 foot footprint with a neutral wall behind it. Two standard power outlets. The motion element (your treadmill if you're using one) plus source imagery from Alpaka's editorial library.

Pace & Presence

Solo or up to four, 60+ guests per hour.

Each capture runs about a minute regardless of group size, so we move quickly when the crowd shows up. Setup completes before doors open and strike happens after close. Equipment stays low-profile, so the retail floor reads Alpaka first.

A self-contained, fully portable still-image device with automatic background removal built in. Your team can run it anywhere inside the pop-up and move it day to day. Same Alpaka-branded delivery and data capture as the main activation, keeping content and contacts flowing on the days our crew isn't onsite.
